Lindsey was a particularly nice art director to deal with; she knew what she wanted going into the shoot and even had a few photos of locations that she had scouted before – like this one with the patterns painted on the wall:
the rest of the shoot was spontaneous, and I ended up finding a neat wall on the way down to Morris Ave. with some razor wire, which made for my favorite shot:
and also this one looking over the bridge towards the tracks:
all were shot handheld, with Taylor roving around as a voice activated light stand holding an SB800 set on TTL mode with a tight beam spread.
